Position Description

As a Data Analyst, you will work with our Senior Associate Consultants and be part of the project delivery teams. You will be responsible for various facets of projects, which could include consulting, Business Intelligence (Tableau/Power BI), playbook development, research, and knowledge-building capabilities. You will be accountable for defined work assignments, completing tasks to meet team standards, and identifying resources to deliver quality impact while keeping senior team members informed of progress.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends and insights via data analysis
• Develop Business Intelligence dashboards (Tableau/Power BI, and other tools)
• Understand the client’s business by working with client counterparts and collaborating with client teams for better outcomes, influencing thinking, and challenging the status quo
• Clearly conceptualize and articulate thoughts, presenting a logical point of view
• Collaborate with a diverse team and contribute to the team’s success
• Undertake professional development; take ownership of self-improvement
