Job summary

Algoleap Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru seeks a Business Analyst to work with stakeholders across OrderManagement, Procurement, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supportfunctions to enable digital transformation through data-driven insights and structured requirements.

The role requires 3–6 years of BA experience, proficiency with BPMN/Visio/Lucidchart, Agile tools (Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps), and SQL/BI skills.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in Operations or SupplyChain domains.
• Experience with process modelling tools (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).
• Familiarity with Agile tools and frameworks (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Strong analytical skills with exposure to SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with technical andnon-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, D365) is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI/ML or RPA projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage business requirements from stakeholders acrossOperations
• Perform current-state process mapping and gap analysis to identify automationand AI opportunities
• Develop functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze operational data and metrics to support business case creation
• Conduct workshops and interviews with SMEs, process owners, and end-users
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress on initiatives
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Data Scientists to design effective solutions
• Define and execute UAT plans ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Support change management, training, and user adoption activities
• Monitor solution performance post-implementation and identify improvements
• Maintain a backlog of enhancement opportunities across operations
• Contribute to BA frameworks, templates, and best practices
