You will query data on Snowflake, Hive and Presto/Trino, build dashboards in Power BI, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver actionable insights.
The role involves optimizing queries for cost and performance on cloud data warehouses, and leveraging notebooks for exploration and documentation.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years in data analytics, BI, or data engineering roles.
- Advanced SQL (window functions, CTEs, tuning, approx_distinct, semi-structured data).
- Hands-on with Snowflake and at least one of Hive/Presto/Trino/SparkSQL.
- Strong Python (Pandas/NumX) for data manipulation and automation.
- Expertise in Power BI; exposure to Tableau/Metabase is a plus.

We are looking for a Data Analyst/BI Developer with 4-7 years of experience to build scalable analytics solutions and drive insights from large datasets. You will work across the data stack; from querying big data platforms to building executive dashboards.
- Data Extraction & Analysis: Write optimized SQL to query large-scale data on Snowflake, Hive, and Presto/Trino. Handle billions of rows efficiently.
- Python for Data: Use Python (Pandas, NumX, PySpark) for data wrangling, automation and ad-hoc analysis. Build reusable scripts for data validation and transformation.
- BI & Visualization: Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI. Work with other BI tools like Tableau/Metabase as needed.
- Notebook Collaboration: Use Notebooks for exploratory analysis, documentation and sharing insights with stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product, account and engineering teams to understand requirements, translate them into data models and deliver actionable insights.
