GlobalLogic is seeking a Principal Architect – AI & Full Stack Solutions in Bangalore to lead AI-first architectures and cross-functional delivery across product and engineering teams.

You will design agentic AI workflows, RAG pipelines, and scalable back-end using Java/Node.js and ReactJS, collaborating with leaders on roadmap and architecture.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering, enterprise product architecture, platform engineering, or solution architecture.

• B.E./B Tech/M Tech in CS with 15+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or platform engineering.
• Deep, hands-on fluency with the modern AI stack and ability to build, evaluate, and debug AI tools and frameworks.
• AI-first architect with experience deploying AI-first applications and platforms (Agentic architecture) into production.
• Design agentic AI workflows for complex financial logic and regulatory compliance checks.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector DB architectures for large data sources.
• Work in Agile environments; familiarity with Jira for tracking and delivery.
• Partner with product/engineering leadership to accelerate feature delivery and validate artifacts.
• Measure engineering velocity and establish metrics for AI implementations.

Job Responsibilities

• B.E.(Bachelor of Engineering)/B Tech.(Bachelor of Technologies)/M Tech preferably in Computer Science with 15+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise product architecture, platform engineering, or solution architecture, with Technical Fluency
• Deep, hands-on fluency with the modern AI stack. You must be able to build, evaluate, and debug AI development tools, agentic frameworks, and IDE-based assistants.
• AI first architect with experience in having designed and deployed AI first applications and platforms (Agentic architecture) into production. Must have worked in AIDLC or Autonomous delivery loop.
