GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, seeks a senior architect to lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade AI and web platforms, driving agentic solution design, distributed system implementation, and cross-functional delivery at scale.

The role spans architecture & design, AI/ML engineering, software quality, and leadership across onshore and global teams, with production-grade deployments and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years total experience in Web/Full-Stack roles with REST API
• 4+ years designing and managing production applications
• Hands-on LLM/SLM fine-tuning, model serving, and orchestration at scale
• AWS architecture and services knowledge
• Security: static scans and translating security requirements

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications using advanced technologies
• Analyze system relationships, flows, and inter-system dependencies
• Design reusable, scalable, pluggable frameworks (Angular/Node/AWS)
• Evaluate and recommend technology updates and modernization paths
• Design and deploy agentic AI solutions with measurable business outcomes
• Lead large-scale distributed AI systems (training, fine-tuning, serving)
• Implement orchestration pipelines for end-to-end AI workflows in production
• Stay current on generative AI, deep learning, and model architectures
• Drive code analysis, static analysis tooling, and quality gates
• Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and extensibility across the stack

Core Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications using advanced technologies
• Analyze system relationships, flows, and inter-system dependencies
• Design reusable, scalable, pluggable frameworks (Angular/Node/AWS)
• Evaluate and recommend technology updates and modernization paths

AI/ML Engineering

• Design and deploy agentic solutions with measurable, business-mapped outcomes
• Lead large-scale distributed AI systems - training, fine-tuning, SLM/LLM serving (batch + real-time)
• Implement orchestration pipelines for end-to-end AI workflows in production
• Stay current on generative AI, deep learning, and novel model architectures

Software Engineering Quality

• Drive code analysis, static analysis tooling, and quality gates
• Implement non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, reliability, extensibility
• Conduct performance analysis and debugging across the full stack
