Job summary

We seek a Data Analyst proficient in SQL and Python to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data, delivering insights and dashboards (QuickSight/Metabase) for decision-makers. Experience with Agentic AI for business use cases is a plus.

• Data Collection & Management: Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases.
• Data Cleaning & Quality Assurance: Filter, clean, and validate data for accuracy.
• Analysis & Interpretation: Identify and interpret trends in data sets using statistical techniques.
• Reporting & Visualization: Create dashboards and reports (QuickSight, Metabase) for stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve business operations via data.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Data Collection & Management: Acquiring data from primary or secondary sources, maintaining databases, and developing data collection systems.
• Data Cleaning & Quality Assurance: Filtering, cleaning, and validating data for accuracy to remove errors and inconsistencies.
• Analysis & Interpretation: Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets using statistical techniques.
• Reporting & Visualization: Creating data dashboards, reports, and visualizations (e.g., Quick Sight, Metabase) to present findings to stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identifying new opportunities for process improvement and recommending improvements to business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL or Python, and data visualization tools (Quick Sight, Metabase).
• Analytical Abilities: Strong math skills, statistical knowledge, and experience with data modeling.
• Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management systems.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex data in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Agentic AI: Proven experience in Agentic AI development for business use cases
