Job summary

Altraize is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support manufacturing operations by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting production data. The role collaborates with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to identify trends, improve efficiency, and cut costs.

You will develop dashboards, monitor KPIs like OEE, production efficiency, and machine utilization, and perform root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze manufacturing and production data from multiple sources.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), production efficiency, and machine utilization.
• Conduct downtime analysis, scrap/rejection rate reviews, and yield throughput assessment.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities using statistical analysis.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and planning teams to solve operational challenges.
• Perform root cause analysis for production losses and quality issues.
• Create automated reports and dashboards using BI tools.
• Support forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across manufacturing systems.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
