We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics Team responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards that provide insights into key projects. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that support real‑time decision‑making. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical background, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to enhance dashboard capabilities and ensure data accuracy.

This position requires a deep understanding of data analysis, business intelligence, and the ability to work with complex datasets to support the dashboard development process.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Preparation

Gather data from multiple internal and external sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party tools, to support dashboard analytics.

Perform data cleaning, transformation, and aggregation to prepare datasets for analysis and visualization.

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency before feeding into dashboard platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.

Data Analysis and Insights

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can provide insights into project performance and decision‑making.

Conduct descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to support business objectives.

Use statistical methods to interpret data, providing clear reports and visualizations that support decision‑making.

Dashboard Support and Visualization

Work closely with the dashboard development team to define key metrics, KPIs, and data visualization requirements.

Build, design, and maintain interactive dashboards that provide real‑time insights into project progress, performance, and key indicators.

Ensure the dashboards meet the needs of different stakeholders, offering customizable views and drill‑down capabilities for in‑depth analysis.

KPI Definition and Monitoring

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for different projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Monitor and track KPIs regularly, providing updates and reports on performance trends and potential issues.

Identify opportunities for improvement in project implementation and resource allocation based on KPI analysis.

Advanced Analytics and Predictive Modeling

Use advanced analytics techniques, including regression analysis, forecasting, and clustering, to provide insights into future performance trends.

Support the development of predictive models to anticipate potential challenges or opportunities based on historical data.

Apply machine learning techniques to enhance the accuracy of predictive insights.

Business Intelligence Reporting

Create regular reports and presentations summarizing key findings, performance metrics, and recommendations for business improvements.

Develop automated reporting processes that allow for seamless updates of key metrics and insights, reducing manual efforts.

Provide ad‑hoc analysis and reporting based on specific stakeholder requests.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience as a Data Analyst, particularly in a dashboarding or data analytics environment.
