You will analyze patterns in energy usage, maintenance costs, and space use, ensuring accuracy and regulatory alignment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection : Gather data on facility operations including maintenance, utilities, occupancy, and vendor performance.
• MIS Reporting : Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for leadership review.
• Trend Analysis : Identify patterns in energy usage, maintenance costs, and space utilization.
• Dashboard Creation : Develop visual dashboards using BI tools for real-time monitoring.
• Compliance Tracking : Ensure facility data aligns with audit and regulatory requirements.
• Vendor Performance : Track SLA adherence and escalates deviations.
• Process Improvement : Recommend efficiency improvements based on data insights.
• Collaboration : Work closely with facility managers, operations teams, and finance for aligned reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel , Power BI , or similar analytics tools.
• Ability to handle large datasets and ensure accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
