S& P Global is seeking a Data Analyst for the Transactions team in Bengaluru. You will research, collect, and rationalize datapoints from filings, regulatory docs, and public announcements to support market insights and decision-making.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and contributing to SME initiatives within a fast-paced financial data environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent comprehension ability.
• Good secondary research skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as per business need.
• Basic Microsoft Office Certification.
• Basic accounting and financial markets knowledge.
• Knowledge of Data Modelling, Python, JavaScript. Certification preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification.
• Multi-lingual.

About the Role

T he Team: The Transactions team's mission is to produce the most actionable, transparent, trusted, and comprehensive data & insights in the marketplace for M&A, Public Offerings, MAKB, Investor Activism, EDD, Equity Buyback s , and Bankruptcy . We are currently looking for a highly skilled data researcher with exceptional detail orientation and analytical skill s to join us in our mission.
