S&P Cappitech is seeking a client-focused professional to join the Cappitech Support and Operations team in India. The role requires analytical skills to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve regulatory reporting issues across regimes such as EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, ASIC, MAS, CFTC, and SEC.

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused professional to join the S&P Cappitech Support and Operations team. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical skills and the ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues from identification through to delivery of a solution. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, address regulatory reporting inquiries, and resolve complex reporting issues in a timely manner. Experience with regulatory regimes such as EMIR, MiFID II, ASIC, MAS, CFTC, SEC, and SFTR is highly desirable. In addition, the candidate should have experience working in an Agile environment, with a solid understanding of project management processes, stakeholder communication, issue tracking, and driving actions to completion. They must be able to manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and take ownership of delivering successful outcomes for clients.
