Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst who is detail‑oriented, analytical, and passionate about turning data into meaningful insights. You will work closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Leadership teams to support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple internal systems.
• Build dashboards, automated reports, and visualization models (Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio).
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business planning and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Sales, Growth, Finance) to understand business requirements and provide data-backed recommendations.
• Monitor and maintain key business metrics and performance KPIs.
• Support process optimization through data-driven problem solving.
• Prepare and present findings to internal stakeholders and leadership teams.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced), SQL (intermediate to strong), and at least one BI tool (Power BI / Tableau / Looker / GDS).
• Basic understanding of Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
• Ability to work with large datasets and draw actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data‑driven insights clearly.
