Job summary

NEMBHARAT is seeking a data analyst to join our technology team in India. You will collect, process, and analyze data from across operations and digital platforms to deliver insights that drive smarter business decisions and fuel growth.

You will build dashboards, track KPIs, and collaborate with product, operations, and marketing to solve data-driven problems while ensuring data governance and quality across datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of data analysis experience in a business environment.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into business narratives.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process large datasets from multiple internal and external sources
• Build dashboards and visual reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Analyse operational, marketing, and financial data to identify trends and opportunities
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for business units
• Support A/B testing initiatives and interpret experiment results
• Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to solve data-driven problems
• Automate recurring reporting processes using scripts and tools
• Maintain data integrity and ensure data governance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 2–5 years of data analysis experience in a business environment
