Job summary

Lendingkart Group is seeking a Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain executive and operational dashboards using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. You will optimize data sources for performance and collaborate with Finance and Risk to define KPIs, translating complex financial trends into clear, story-driven visualisations.

The role requires 3–5 years of Tableau-focused experience, strong SQL skills, and a portfolio of production dashboards.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Solely responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of executive and operational dashboards using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
• Optimise Tableau workbooks and data sources for maximum performance and fast rendering across various access methods.
• Write and optimise complex SQL queries to extract and structure data specifically for consumption in Tableau. Utilise Tableau Desktop (or similar tools) for building reports with visualisations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Finance and Risk to define key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to our fintech business.
• Create compelling, story-driven visualisations that communicate complex financial trends and risks simply and effectively.
• Deployment and Governance: Manage data connections, publish data sources, and administer security settings on Tableau Server to govern access and ensure data integrity.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of focused experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to Tableau development.
• Tableau Proficiency (Mandatory): Expertise in the full suite of Tableau products.
• Demonstrated portfolio of complex, production-ready Tableau dashboards.
• Data Querying (Mandatory): Expert-level command of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Domain Knowledge (Highly Preferred): Proven experience working with data in the Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services sectors.
• Soft Skills: Proven ability to engage with non-technical business leaders to understand their data needs and translate them into accurate, visual reports.
