Qualifications

• 3–10 years hands-on D365 CRM experience.
• Strong knowledge of D365 configuration, customizations, plugins and workflows.
• Experience with Power Platform and Azure integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance D365 CRM solutions, including customizations and integrations.
• Participate in end-to-end delivery from design to deployment.
• Ensure alignment with architecture guidelines and coding standards.
• Develop and debug technical components independently.
• Translate D365 processes into accurate technical logic.
• Perform unit testing and deliver high-quality results.
• Follow coding standards and documentation guidelines.
• Support testing with issue analysis and quick fixes.
• Collaborate with integration, migration, and testing teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for features and deployments.
