Job summary

Be Wellness in Gurgaon (In-office) is seeking a D2C Manager who blends growth marketing, project management and hands-on operations to drive day-to-day D2C growth.

You will own revenue metrics, CRO, content, CRM campaigns and partnerships, collaborating with design, product and external agencies to scale our wellness brand.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in D2C, e-commerce, growth or digital marketing.
• Experience with consumer brands (D2C/beauty/wellness/FMCG/fashion).
• Strong understanding of Shopify, Meta/Google advertising, CRM, WhatsApp marketing.
• Strong project management, execution and communication skills.
• Highly ownership-oriented.

Responsibilities

• D2C Growth & Business Performance: Own overall D2C revenue, track metrics, build monthly growth plans.
• Performance Marketing - Agency Management: Work with external agency on Meta/Google, own the relationship, review performance.
• Website & CRO: Own D2C website roadmap, manage landing pages, run A/B tests, identify conversion drop-offs.
• Content & Creative: Build content pipeline, work with design teams, coordinate product shoots and UGC.
• CRM, Retention & WhatsApp: Own retention calendar, plan campaigns, optimize flows.
• Affiliates & Partnerships: Build and manage affiliate channel, identify creators and partnerships.
• Campaign & Launch Management: Own D2C execution calendar, coordinate across functions.

The Role

We are looking for a D2C Manager who is equal parts growth marketer, project manager and operator. You will own the day-to-day growth and execution of the D2C business.

What You Will Own

• D2C Growth & Business Performance: Own overall D2C revenue, track key metrics (revenue, sessions, CVR, AOV, CAC, ROAS), build monthly growth plans
• Performance Marketing - Agency Management: Work with external agency on Meta/Google, own the relationship, review performance
• Website & CRO: Own D2C website roadmap, manage landing pages, run A/B tests, identify conversion drop-offs
• Content & Creative: Build content pipeline, work with design teams, coordinate product shoots and UGC
