Job summary

General Mills India Centre is seeking a Sr Analyst for the AI & Automation team within the Digital and Technology group. The role focuses on planning, managing, and evaluating AI initiatives across the life cycle, partnering with business stakeholders to deliver enterprise AI projects.

You will work on planning, governance, and delivery, coordinating with Agent Authors, and ensuring successful implementation of generative AI solutions. A strong analytics and communication skillset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology or science; quantitative training preferred.
• 8+ years IT experience; 5+ years in IT technical roles.
• Experience with generative and agentic AI tools required.
• Strong project management and proficiency with PM tools (ADO, JIRA, Aha).
• Data analysis and reporting experience; excellent communication skills.

• Support project pipeline management and new project development; triage agents and build domain-specific agents.

Overview
The Digital and Technology team of General Mills India Centre is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to be a part of Artificial Intelligence team at General Mills in capacity of a Sr Analyst. The Sr. Analyst will be part of the D&T AI & Automation team and will work to advance our objective of leading CPG in digital and technology. As part of the data science function, they will play a critical role in advancing our agentic AI program. They will support D&T AI & Automation projects in planning, managing, and evaluating operations, processes, and programs. They will be responsible for initiatives related to all aspects of the AI life cycle, including but not limited to new project development, process engineering, and governing of key AI assets. They will work closely with business stakeholders, as well as D&T, to ensure the development and execution of enterprise AI initiatives.
Key Accountabilities

• Support project pipeline management and new project development, including triaging agents and building domain-specific agents.
• Assist in planning and implementation of AI projects, initiatives, and deliverables.
• Provide consultation, coordinating questions, and managing feature requests.
• Monitor feedback and insights, collaborating with Agent Authors to assess program effectiveness and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Support and coordinate end-to-end governance processes for agents.
• Manage the agent publishing lifecycle, including user acceptance testing and acting as the first line of triage for agents.
• Analyze, present, and report on key performance indicators and overall program progress.
• Partner with stakeholders to educate and identify AI opportunities, leading workshops to identify the art of the possible
• Champion AI throughout the organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors in technology / bachelor's in science in a related field is required; Preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Applied Math or related fields with quantitative training
• Overall 8+yrs of IT experience
• 5+ years of experience working in an IT technical role, preferably Business Intelligence OR portfolio management
• Experience working with generative and agentic ai tools is required
• Experience managing complex technical tasks and projects
• Knowledge of AI concepts and applications
• Experience in AI project implementation
• Project management and coordination and proficiency in project management tools like ADO, JIRA, Aha etc.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Data analysis and reporting and Proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent communication skills- visual, verbal, and written
• Operational excellence and process mindset
• Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable prioritizing competing needs and handling multiple tasks concurrently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools
• Knowledge of Google Cloud a plus
