Job summary

Barclays is seeking a CyberArk SecDevOps - Analyst to support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives from Pune. You will implement IAM policies, manage authentication and authorization, and oversee single sign-on capabilities across the bank's processes and infrastructure.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, perform IAM audits, respond to security events, and contribute to governance and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication in English (verbal and written).
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of products.
  • Service Now ticketing tool experience.
  • Operating systems - Unix, Linux, Windows servers.
  • Database Management Systems, Web Servers.
  • Understanding of IAM/security applications: Cyber-Ark, RSA SecurID, Splunk.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement IAM solutions integrated with authentication, authorisation, access management and SSO.
  • Develop IAM policies, processes and standards aligned to security regulations.
  • Conduct IAM audits to ensure compliance and identify risks.
  • Investigate IAM-related security events and implement corrective measures.
  • Identify emerging IAM technologies and best practices through collaboration with networks and conferences.
  • Create governance documents and reports for policy adherence across the organisation.

To be successful as a CyberArk SecDevOps - Analyst you should have experience with:

Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong communication both verbal and written in English
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of products
  • Service Now ticketing tool
  • Operating systems - Unix, Linux, Windows servers
  • Database Management Systems, Web Servers
  • A understanding on the following IT Security applications:
  • Cyber-Ark
  • RSA SecurID Authentication
  • Splunk
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.

Desirable skillsets/ good to have:

  • Incident, Problem and Change management
  • Ensuring issues are managed within agreed SLA/SLT
  • Manage email, Hotline queries and ticketing systems
  • Support and management of system outages via the published major incident management process
  • Knowledge base maintenance
  • System stability monitoring
  • Application & server restarts
  • Analyse automation failures, identify root cause of failure and work with L3, Integration and application owners
  • Attend Major Incident Management calls related to outages and complex technical issues needing interaction with multiple teams. Represent support team on such calls and articulate support team position in an effective manner.

This role is based in Pune.

Purpose of the role

To manage and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, processes, technologies and standards for all IAM functions to ensure the secure access and use of sensitive information across the organisation.

Accountabilities

  • Collaboration with stakeholders and IT teams to understand, analyse and implement IAM solutions into the banks process and infrastructure needs including authentication, authorisation, access management and single sign-on capabilities.
  • Management and development of policies, processes and standards for all essential IAM functions aligned to the banks security and regulatory requirements.
  • Execution of IAM audits to monitor processes and ensure that they comply with policies and regulations and identify potential security risks.
  • Execution of incident investigations to respond to IAM related security events, identify the root cause of the incident and implement corrective measures efficiently.
  • Identification of emerging IAM technologies and industry trends by collaborating with networks and conferences to gain IAM expertise and best practice.
  • Development of IAM governance documents and reports to align the implementation and adherence of policies across the organisation.
