Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst delivering both business and technology change.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis techniques, and documentation (Agile/Waterfall).
• Experience working in agile delivery environments using user stories.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of financial services domains (e.g. Wealth, Investments, Asset Management).
• Technical proficiency in SQL / Oracle or similar.
• Experience with wealth platforms (e.g. Charles River, Linedata).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyse business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation.

• Support to change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.

Purpose of the role
