Job summary

Futurism Technologies, INC. is seeking a Cyber Security Trainer for our Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune location. The role requires 3 to 6 years of cybersecurity experience and proven training ability, with a preference for Pune-based candidates.

You will deliver interactive sessions, labs, and assessments, coach for certification readiness and career planning, and guide learners through incident response and MITRE ATT&CK mapping. Strong SIEM knowledge (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, ELK) is desirable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cybersecurity, with architecture, penetration testing, blue/red teaming, and cloud security.
• Proven trainer/mentor with strong presentation and learner engagement skills.
• Experience with SIEM tools and hands-on security monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sessions with high learner interactivity, labs, quizzes, and recap strategies.
• Provide coaching for certification readiness, career planning, and resume/interview prep.
• Offer post-training support through Q&A forums, project guidance, and labs.
• Demonstrate SIEM tools in log correlation, threat detection, and alert tuning.
• Guide learners through incident response steps from detection to recovery.
• Cover threat intel feeds, IOC/IOA analysis, and MITRE ATT&CK mapping.
