Job summary

Seven Seas Digital Marketing Agency seeks an experienced Cybersecurity Trainer to deliver high‑quality training to students and professionals. You will design programs, conduct online and offline sessions, and create labs and assessments to reinforce learning.

The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on cybersecurity expertise, certifications like CEH or CISSP, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor learners toward certifications such as CEH, Security+, CISSP, or CISM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Strong hands‑on experience in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, or related domains.
• Certifications such as CEH, SOC, CHFI, WAPT (preferred).
• Proficiency with cybersecurity tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and cloud security solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Prior experience as a trainer or instructor will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver cybersecurity training programs (online/offline).
• Conduct sessions on core areas such as Network Security, Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing, Cybersecurity Tools, SIEM tools, Cloud Security.
• Cover cybersecurity frameworks & compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
• Create training materials, lab exercises, and assessments.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and threats.
• Mentor learners and prepare them for cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM).
• Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar)
• Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Cybersecurity frameworks & compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.)
• Create training materials, lab exercises, and assessments.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and threats.
• Mentor learners and prepare them for cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM).
