Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of core cyber security concepts including network security, application security, vulnerability assessment and incident response.
• Experience with common security tools, platforms, and methodologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, penetration testing frameworks, secure configuration practices).
• Ability to design and deliver structured training programmes, including lesson planning, curriculum development, and hands‑on lab exercises.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP and a relevant degree/diploma are highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom-based training sessions at the Shivajinagar campus in Pune.

• Ability to work on‑site in Shivajinagar, Pune, and manage part‑time training schedules, including weekdays or weekends as required.
