Role Description

The Cyber Security Trainer will deliver classroom-based training sessions to learners at the Shivajinagar campus in Pune. This part-time, on-site role involves planning and conducting lectures, demonstrations, and practical labs on core cyber security concepts, tools, and best practices. The trainer will create and update training materials, including presentations, lab exercises, and assessments, to reflect current industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding learners through hands-on activities, answering questions, evaluating performance, providing feedback, and supporting participants in preparing for certifications or job readiness. The trainer will also collaborate with the institute’s team to improve course content and align training outcomes with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of core cyber security concepts such as network security, application security, vulnerability assessment, and incident response.
• Experience with common security tools, platforms, and methodologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, penetration testing frameworks, secure configuration practices).
