Job Description

• Ensure and drive compliance of IT Europe infrastructure with cybersecurity policies, norms and standards.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of security controls on infrastructure components.
• Provide technical expertise to support SecOps projects and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with operation teams to integrate security requirements into build and run processes.
• Present infrastructure security initiatives to key stakeholders such as Europe CTO and CISO.
• Lead the firewall securitization project for all Europe-managed firewalls.
• Manage the Tufin security policy management tool end-to-end: oversee updates/upgrades, ensure VM management, and handle license management.
• Perform security assessments and traffic analysis on network rules.
• Support L'Oréal resilience by contributing to the Disaster Recovery Plan.
• Contribute to security audit requirements by providing evidences, explanations and action plans on infrastructure security.
• Advise and support IT Europe towards infrastructure security continuous improvement.
• Promote automation of security controls and monitoring where possible to increase efficiency.
• Experience working in GCC.
