Michael Page is recruiting for a CISO-level senior cybersecurity leadership role in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction for the organization's cybersecurity program and lead a team of professionals across risk management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

The role emphasizes vision, governance, and hands-on coordination of security initiatives, with a hybrid work setup and exposure to global cosmetics sector projects.

Qualifications

• 10-20 years of experience in cybersecurity leadership and risk management.
• Experience leading a team of cybersecurity professionals and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and business strategy.
• Proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in cybersecurity systems engineering and crisis management.
• Ability to drive vision and leadership for strategic cybersecurity initiatives.
• Proficient in agile environments and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership for strategic activities that drive cybersecurity within the organization.
• Act as decision-maker in processes related to risk management, compliance, and business strategy.
• Assess and manage cybersecurity risks at group/zone level.
• Ensure and safeguard the perimeter against cybersecurity threats, weaknesses, bugs, or exploits.
• Focus on day-to-day operational aspects of the cybersecurity program (security in project and risk management).
• Be involved in implementing cybersecurity measures (group policies, compliance).
