Job summary

IBS Software in India seeks a UX/CX design leader to define the vision, offerings and POVs for Travel & Hospitality, shaping how users interact with our platforms.

You will build industry-specific experiences in regulated or complex environments (airlines, aviation, payments) and champion certifications in UX/HCI (CUA, HFI, IxDF) to drive excellence across products and teams. Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing to deliver measurable improvements in satisfaction and conversion.

Qualifications

• Certifications in UX / HCI (CUA, HFI, IxDF) preferred.
• Experience defining CX and design vision for travel/hospitality domains.
