Job Description

• Enter daily production, attendance, employee, and department-related data into the system.


• Collect data from various departments and verify the information before entry.


• Maintain accurate and updated records in Excel, ERP, HRMS, or other company systems.


• Check entered data for errors, missing information, and duplication.


• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.


• Maintain proper filing and documentation of data and records.


• Coordinate with HR, Production, Quality, Stores, and other departments for required information.


• Update employee details, attendance, leave, overtime, and other HR-related information when assigned.


• Enter production quantities, rejection, rework, and efficiency data accurately.


• Ensure all data is entered within the specified timeline.


• Maintain confidentiality of employee, salary, production, and company information.


• Support the preparation of management reports and MIS reports.


• Take regular backups and maintain records as per company procedures.


• Report any data discrepancies or system-related issues to the concerned supervisor.
