Prominent Management Solutions in Mumbai seeks an experienced customs clearance professional to lead import/export clearance activities and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will prepare documentation such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin, coordinating with freight forwarders for timely clearance. The role requires 8–20 years in EXIM, solid CHA knowledge, and multi-country trade experience.

Qualifications

• 8-20 years of experience in custom clearance management or EXIM.
• Strong knowledge of CHA procedures and regulations.
• Proficiency in preparing various customs documentation (e.g., CIFS).
• Experience with international trade transactions involving multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Manage customs clearance processes for imports and exports, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.
• Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
