TP in Mohali, India is seeking a motivated junior technical support specialist to assist customers via phone, email or chat, resolving basic to moderately complex issues and guiding users through solutions.

You will work with product teams to troubleshoot software, hardware and network problems, document interactions in CRM, and build product knowledge while developing strong communication and typing skills.

Qualificações

• 0-1 year of experience in customer service/technical support.
• Undergraduates or graduates both can apply.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Fast typing ability and good interpersonal skills.
