Job summary

Masterpet Care Private Limited is seeking a Customer Support Executive in Kochi, Kerala, offering hybrid work. You will manage customer inquiries, bookings, and route planning for our mobile grooming trucks, coordinating with groomers, drivers, and the operations team.

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; training will be provided to learn our services, booking process, and route planning to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have access to a computer or laptop and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Call customers and follow up on enquiries and previous bookings.
• Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule and confirm pet grooming appointments.
• Check customer locations and plan bookings based on the grooming truck's existing route and availability.
• Coordinate with groomers, drivers, and the operations team regarding bookings and schedules.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat bookings.
• Update customer and booking information accurately in our system.
• Inform customers about services, pricing, availability, and other basic queries.
• Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and booking-related customer concerns professionally.

About Masterpet

Masterpet is a pet care company based in Kochi offering professional at-home pet grooming services through our mobile grooming trucks. We bring the grooming salon directly to the customer's doorstep.

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can communicate confidently with customers, manage bookings, and help coordinate our daily grooming routes across Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

• Call customers and follow up on enquiries and previous bookings.
• Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule and confirm pet grooming appointments.
• Check customer locations and plan bookings based on the grooming truck's existing route and availability.
• Coordinate with groomers, drivers, and the operations team regarding bookings and schedules.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat bookings.
• Update customer and booking information accurately in our system.
• Inform customers about services, pricing, availability, and other basic queries.
• Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and booking-related customer concerns professionally.

Requirements

• Fluent in Malayalam and English – both are required.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Must have access to a computer or laptop and a reliable internet connection.
• Comfortable making and receiving customer calls.
• Familiarity with different areas and routes in Kochi/Ernakulam is preferred.
• If you are not familiar with Kochi routes, you should be willing to learn them.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with online tools, maps, and booking systems.
• Organized and able to manage multiple bookings and follow-ups without missing customers.

Experience

Previous experience in customer support, telecalling, front office, sales coordination, or a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
