Job summary

Talento HR in Bengaluru is seeking a Customer Support Analyst (L2 Support) to tackle complex technical issues and ensure quick, friendly resolution for enterprise customers.

You will provide L2 support via Zendesk, phone, email and chat; troubleshoot software/hardware; document issues and share knowledge; collaborate with product and development teams to continuously improve the support experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Technical Support / Customer Support (L2).
• Hands-on experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Information Systems.
