Job summary

Xpress Automation seeks an experienced training facilitator with 4–8 years in body shop and customer service to design, organize, and deliver software training for body shop advisors and managers.

Role involves visiting dealerships, creating training materials, tracking attendance, and evaluating training effectiveness with ongoing learner support. Multilingual abilities and willingness to travel are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with software solutions training and demonstration.

Responsibilities

• Visit dealerships to deliver training sessions, in-person or virtual.
• Develop regular reports to evidence training impact.
• Maintain attendance, feedback and training materials records.
• Create training materials and validate training effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing support to learners before, during, and after sessions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
• Be flexible and willing to travel to multiple locations.
• Understand local language; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Adopt new software technologies and share knowledge regionally.
• Automotive/body shop experience is advantageous.

Job description

A professional with 4-8 years of experience in Body Shop and Customer Service. A training facilitator to create, organize and deliver training to the body shop advisors & managers on the software solutions provided. Responsible for:

1. 1. Visiting to dealerships and providing physical or virtual trainings of our product. Keeping track of the training schedule, ensuring timely arrival at training sessions.
2. 2. Developing regular reports to evidence training and improvement in training.
3. 3. Maintaining records of attendance, feedback and materials.
4. 4. Creating materials for the training sessions. Measures training effectiveness based on usage validation and feedback.
5. 5. Providing continuous support, Training facilitators must provide support for learners before, during, and after the training session.
6. 6. Subject Matter Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to the workshop topics.
7. 7. Flexible & open to travel at multiple locations on day-to-day basis.
8. 8. Local Language understanding. Multi-lingual would be an added advantage.
9. 9. Open & flexible in adopting new software technologies & learning’s, thereby skilled to impart the same across the region.
10. 10. Automobile background or experience of working in a body shop/service shop, would be an added advantage.
