Manager/Manager to handle IFA relationship management and support. The role focuses on regular engagement with IFAs by phone and coordinating with internal teams to resolve queries, while driving platform usage and updating on new features. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience as Relationship Manager, strong communication, domain knowledge in personal finance, and a proactive, target-oriented mindset to deliver

Qualifications

• B.Com and MBA/Finance qualifications are preferred.
• Good communication skills, soft spoken, and proficient telephonic conversation are required.
• Personal finance domain knowledge is advantageous.
• Confident, target oriented and enthusiastic attitude is expected.
• Persuasive, approachable and professional with organized work habits.

Responsibilities

• Engage IFAs on a regular basis over the phone to assist with queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve IFAs queries.
• Increase platform usage by engaging IFAs frequently.
• Update IFAs on new features and changes in the program.
• Engage IFAs regularly over the phone and maintain high-quality service.
• Ensure IFA renewals are completed within the specified time.

• Engage IFAs on regular basis over the phone to assist them on the query they raised.
• Coordinate with internal team members to resolve IFAs queries.
• Increase usage of platform by engaging IFAs on frequent basis.
• Update IFAs on new features / recent changes in the program.
• Engage IFAs regularly over the phone.
• Ensure high level quality service.
• Ensure IFA renew services within specific time.

Requisite Experience:

• Ideally 1 to 2 years of work experience as Relationship Manager
