Job summary

ALS Testing Services India Private Limited in Bangalore is seeking a Customer Service Executive for the Projects Department of the Food Testing Laboratory. You will support project coordination, update clients on status, and maintain records critical to project delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a proactive approach to handling inquiries, assist with invoicing and sample tracking while upholding confidentiality and quality standards across all project activities.

Responsibilities

• Preparing trend reports of shelf-life projects
• Handling projects from registration till disposal including assisting stability loading and pull out of samples (end to end)
• Updating customer on the project status and handling complaints if any
• Maintain all the records, data, prep sheets, work sheets related to projects
• Maintain impartiality and confidentiality in activities carried out at ALS
• Handling Alims, invoicing
• Updating departments for incoming and release of samples
• Acquire training in project management, planning, with the capability to lead multiple activities while maintaining a focus on quality
• Acquire the safety training
