Sutherland is hiring for multiple voice, chat and email support roles at our Airoli, Navi Mumbai location. We welcome freshers and experienced professionals for various shifts in a work-from-office setup.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through Voice, Chat, or Email channels based on the assigned process.

• Provide accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
• Follow process guidelines and maintain accurate customer interaction records.
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and candidates with 1-3 years of experience in BPO, Customer Service, or Customer Support can apply.
• Good verbal and/or written English communication skills, depending on the process.
• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking abilities.
• Good typing speed and accuracy for Chat and Email processes.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Willing to work from the Airoli, Navi Mumbai office.
