Job summary

Lxl Ideas in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Customer Success professional to drive onboarding, engagement and retention, building strong relationships with school principals and partners.

You will reduce churn, uncover growth opportunities, collaborate with Sales, Onboarding and Support, monitor NPS and customer health, and translate feedback into actionable insights to fuel expansion.

• Build strong relationships with clients (mainly School principals and partners)
• Reduce churn and improve renewals
• Uncover Growth Opportunities: Partner with customers to identify ways to expand adoption, upsell additional offerings, and drive deeper product usage that aligns with their strategic objectives
• Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Onboarding, and Support teams to ensure customers achieve success and meet milestones that lead to retention and growth
• Track NPS/CSAT, team performance & customer health
• Turn customer feedback into actionable business insights
