Job summary

Lxl Ideas in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to drive onboarding, engagement and retention, ensuring customers derive value from our offerings. You will build strong relationships with school principals and partners, reduce churn, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Onboarding and Support to help customers achieve milestones and expand adoption.

• Uncover Growth Opportunities: Partner with customers to identify ways to expand adoption, upsell additional offerings, and drive deeper product usage that aligns with their strategic objectives
• Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Onboarding, and Support teams to ensure customers achieve success and meet milestones that lead to retention and growth

• Turn customer feedback into actionable business insights
