Zenskar's customers are running real money, real contracts, and real compliance through our platform. When something breaks or something's unclear, they need someone in their corner fast. As our Customer Success Intern, you'll be the first point of contact for customers across onboarding, support, and ongoing success. You'll work closely with our CS and product teams, and directly with customers from day one. A technical background and fluency with AI tools will go a long way here.
What You'll Own Customer Support - Address client queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions. Capture feedback systematically so it actually reaches the right people internally. Onboarding - Guide new customers through setup, help them configure their accounts, and make sure their first experience with Zenskar is smooth and fast. Customer Success - Be the voice of the customer inside Zenskar. Spot where customers are stuck or underusing the product and proactively fix it, whether through training, documentation, or escalation. Documentation - Build and maintain customer-facing resources: FAQs, user guides, troubleshooting docs. If a question comes in twice, there should be a doc for it. Product Feedback - Close the loop between customers and product. Relay what you're hearing in a structured way so the team can act on it. AI & Operations - Introduce AI-powered tools and processes that make the team faster. If there's a repetitive workflow, you should be finding a way to automate it.
