Talent Acquaintance in Bengaluru is seeking a capable Technical Support Specialist to assist customers worldwide via phone, email or chat. You will troubleshoot complex issues, document knowledge, and collaborate with product and support teams to improve satisfaction.

The role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior international BPO experience is preferred but not mandatory.
