Job summary

Tata Capital seeks a candidate to assist the Supervisor/Manager in loan disbursement with a focus on maintaining minimum delinquency. The role involves identifying customers for potential business, collecting documents, and logging cases as per SOP to enable smooth disbursement.

Responsibilities include meeting customer requirements, cross-selling multiple products under supervision, empanelling new vendors, building relationships, and ensuring compliance with Audit/RBI regulations as directed.

• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
