Job summary

PeopleStrong is hiring for a Graduate-level role in lending/financial services. You will support branch operations, promote products, and maintain customer relations while handling daily transactions and records.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome, with emphasis on process discipline and clear communication in local language and English. The position focuses on delivering value, driving referrals, and contributing to branch profitability through diligent service

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification – Graduate.
• Experience – Freshers / 1 year in lending / financial services.
• Strong process orientation and cross-selling capabilities.
• Excellent communication in local language and English.
