Job summary

Yoga Bar (Sprout Life Foods) in Bangalore is seeking a customer service professional to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. You will respond promptly to inquiries and communicate across channels, ensuring every interaction reflects our health-focused mission and product knowledge.

You will record customer interactions, coordinate with teams to resolve issues, and provide constructive feedback to improve service.

Qualifications

• Graduated in any department.
• Experience in a Customer Service role (Minimum 1 year).
