GEDU Global Education Group is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to promote university programs to prospective students and respond to inquiries via calls, chats, emails, and data management. You will identify suitable programs to meet applicants’ needs and drive conversions.

You will handle inbound queries from multiple channels, manage documentation including visa processes and tax basics, and record data accurately in all systems while supporting the student journey through issue

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and to work well under pressure with minimum supervision.

Job Description:

Position Overview:

The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the programs of university to potential students, responding to inquiries from potential students on various programs, and identifying the appropriate programs to meet these goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with prospective students and company stakeholders.

• End to end process flow management and process flow covering Calling, Chats, Emails & Data management.

• Handling inbound queries from multiple channels, including telephone, email, and web chat.

• Understanding and awareness of documentation covering VISA process, Tax filing and more
