Job summary

Savantis Solutions India in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced analytics consultant to own customer engagements using Adobe Analytics and CJA. You will gather requirements, review designs, and coach partners to successful implementations.

The role requires deep JavaScript, Launch, and data-views expertise, with strong communication across technical and business stakeholders. Prior consulting experience is preferred; CS degree or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.
• Experience creating and managing CJA connections and data views.
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Core, schemas, datasets, and related concepts.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics Source Connectors and Analytics-to-CJA migration.
• Familiarity with Web SDK and Mobile SDK implementations.
• Strong experience with Adobe Launch / tag management solutions.
• Strong-to-advanced knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Web Services/APIs.
• Understanding of HTML, web protocols, online marketing, and web/mobile analytics.
• Exposure to CJA APIs for automation, data extraction, and integration is an advantage.
• Understanding of integration between Adobe Analytics and other Adobe solutions such as Target, AEM, and Audience Manager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and lead point of contact for customer engagements.
• Manage multiple customer engagements and build trusted relationships with clients and implementation partners.
• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements, KPIs, and implementation objectives.
• Review solution designs, validate implementations, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide recommendations.
• Provide technical advisory, best practices, enablement, and coaching to customers and partners.
• Work closely with marketers, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Create technical documentation, presentations, assessments, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Adobe internal teams and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
