Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an OPEX CX - Strategy and Business Ops professional to join onsite in Bengaluru. You will manage back-office operations, review backlog, and coordinate with contracts teams to ensure SLA adherence.

The role emphasizes process improvement, attention to detail, and strong communication, with exposure to SAP and SFDC systems, and opportunities to grow within a global edge-to-cloud company.

Qualifications

• First level university degree or equivalent experience.
• Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in back-office operations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Review backlog regularly and take ownership of open service orders to set up related agreements as per defined process within SLA (Service Level Agreement)
• Maintain accurate order tracking files
• Coordinate with the global & theatre contracts team as required (while dealing with order issues/service delivery/logistics)
• Support global & theatre contracts team whenever required
• Recommend and implement procedures to improve process practices, techniques & efficiency
• Assist in quality checks whenever required

What you’ll do:

Technical competencies required

• Experience in service agreement and/or order administration will be an advantage
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Literacy in various PC applications & Microsoft office tools is a must
• Experience in SAP & SFDC will be a clear benefit
