Job summary

Maersk is seeking a documentation and file management professional to support post-booking processes, documentation, and invoicing in the SCM system. You will own the job file, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with customer service for exceptions, while collaborating with shipping operations to ensure timely deliveries.

This role focuses on system updates, operational finance tasks, audits, and proactive communication with customers to resolve queries and manage exception handling.

Job description

APM TerminalsActs as the owner of the job file and has responsibility for creating
and updating of shipping documents and Customer Invoices in the system.Owns all SCM Operations activities under file management for thecustomers under purview.Key Activities include:All file management activities post booking.Documentation.System Updates.Operational finance.Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions.Supporting Customer Service in customer query resolution and exceptionhandling.
