Qualifications

• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) tools.
• Process Modeling Tools: Proficiency in software such as Visio, Bizagi, ARIS, or IBM Blueworks Live for modeling processes.
• Data Visualization: Using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present process data and performance metrics.
• Process Automation: Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Communication Skills
