Job summary

RED Global is seeking a BPM/data analytics professional to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements across business processes in Pune, India. You will analyse performance data, apply process mining and visualization, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

The role emphasizes learning agility and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable impact in operational excellence.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• An interest in business process management, operational excellence, data analytics or continuous improvement.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL or similar is beneficial.
• Knowledge of process mining methodologies or tools such as Celonis or SAP Signavio would be a distinct advantage.
• Previous experience in process analysis, business analysis, process improvement or related field welcome but not essential.
• Demonstrated learning agility, analytical ability and willingness to develop new technical skills are valued.
