Job summary

IRIS RegTech Solutions Limited is seeking a target-driven Telesales Executive to drive lead conversion and revenue growth across our financial product portfolio (loans, credit cards, insurance). This is a sales-first role where you will convert conversations into closed sales and build a strong client pipeline.

The role requires a go-getter with a sales mindset, strong persuasion on calls, and comfort with targets and incentives. Work from our Turbhe office in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of telesales or sales experience.
• Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi required.
• Experience selling financial products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound/outbound calls into qualified leads and closed sales, owning the funnel from first contact to conversion.
• Pitch and sell financial products persuasively, handling objections confidently to move prospects forward.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily/monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Qualify leads using credit/eligibility process knowledge to prioritize high-conversion opportunities.
• Proactively schedule and close client meetings for the field/sales team to accelerate deal closure.
• Track pipeline, leads, and conversions rigorously in CRM to ensure no revenue leakage.
• Build rapport with clients to drive referrals and repeat business.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound/outbound calls into qualified leads and closed sales, owning the funnel from first contact to conversion
• Pitch and sell financial products persuasively, handling objections confidently to move prospects forward
• Consistently meet or exceed daily/monthly sales and conversion targets
• Qualify leads using credit/eligibility process knowledge to prioritize high-conversion opportunities
• Proactively schedule and close client meetings for the field/sales team to accelerate deal closure
• Track pipeline, leads, and conversions rigorously in CRM to ensure no revenue leakage
• Build rapport with clients to drive referrals and repeat business

What We're Looking For

• A go-getter with a sales mindset — comfortable with targets, incentives, and performance pressure
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills over the phone
• Working knowledge of credit/eligibility qualification process (BRE, CIBIL basics)
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, MS Office, and Google Workspace
• Hands‑on experience with CRM tools for pipeline management
• Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi mandatory; additional regional languages a strong plus
• Prior experience selling Loans, Credit Cards, or Insurance strongly preferred
