Job summary

Rentokil PCI in India (a Rentokil Initial brand) is seeking a Customer Development Executive to drive client retention, renewals, price increases and up-selling for commercial clients. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain service quality and revenue.

Responsibilities include renewal follow-ups, coordinating with operations, and ensuring timely CCM/SQS/SQA, with focus on reducing outstanding balances and expanding branch sales.

About The Role

• Customer Development Executive is responsible for client retention, renewals & price increase & up-selling and Compliant Management related to the commercial clients.
• The Incumbent works as part of a multi-functional team. This involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Focus on client retention, renewals & price increase & up-selling
• Compliant Management- To identify & resolve customer complaints within the specific timelines
• Alert Account Management- To identify the alert customer & bring the possibility of the revival of the accounts
• To provide recommendations & suggestions to the branch for the improvement
• Conduct regular reviews & terminate the non-revival accounts
• SPOC for Branch Renewals
• Total concentration on Renewal business only
• Sole Responsible
